The Grazing Table has been shifted to a new date, time and location, but it will still be brimming with flavour, connection, and community spirit.

We invite you to join us and enjoy a stunning spread of locally-sourced delights—from artisan cheeses and fresh bread to premium meats, antipasto, and sweet treats—all while connecting with fellow business owners, producers, and industry professionals.

You’ll also hear directly from the passionate producers behind the flavours on your plate, as they share the stories and inspiration that drive their craft.

If you are a food producer wanting visibility for your product without staffing a stall then featuring your product on our beautifully curated grazing table is a great option for you! Products will need to be provided to our caterer prior to the event (some exceptions apply) between May 16th & 19th. Please contact us to provide us with details on your product/s.

Ways to get involved

There are two different ways businesses can get involved, providing a product to feature on our specially curated Grazing Table, or by attending the Grazing Table event to network with other industry professionals. These options are further outlined below.

Reception Centre, Ipswich Showgrounds
Exhibit Space: 3m x 3m per business – 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs provided
Venue includes access to a commercial kitchen and refrigeration
Affordable Pricing: $140 for one day | $260 for both days
